Morag Foster is a former Head Teacher in Highland Region and has been involved in education for over thirty years. Morag was also a Samaritan for a considerable number of years and a published author, having contributed to 'The Cathar View' (edited by Dave Patrick). Having been cured of M.E. by a combination of energy therapy and body detox, she has been training for over twentyone years in various complementary therapies. Morag is also a member of the British Society of Dowsing.

Morag believes in a holistic approach to health and well being and that there are many paths which reach the same destination. The important word is complimentary - she believes that doctors and therapists should work together for the good of the whole person.

We owe it to ourselves to be as kind to our bodies and minds as we can be, since the two are inextricably linked. Emotions can become 'trapped' in the body causing distress and upset. Sometimes a combination of  treatments can be better and more effective than just one, so a 'mix and match' approach is used where appropriate.
